The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across a variety of marketing functions, from campaign setup to performance reporting, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, supporting digital marketing efforts, and ensuring projects move smoothly from planning through to execution and analysis. While this role supports a range of marketing activities, candidates with experience in email marketing will be particularly valuable in helping strengthen this area of the team.
Wage and Perks of the Job
- $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience and qualifications plus tips!

What You Bring to the Table
- Previous experience in a marketing or coordinator-style role with exposure to multiple marketing channels (e.g. campaigns, web, email, reporting)
- Experience supporting and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Comfort working with campaign data and contributing to performance reporting
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g. email tools, CMS/web platforms, or reporting tools)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently
Your Days Will Look Like
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Assist with campaign setup across platforms (e.g. email, website, and other digital tools)
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather assets, align messaging, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to basic reporting and insights
- Help maintain and update website or CMS content as needed
- Support the development and distribution of email marketing campaigns (asset)
- Assist with ongoing marketing initiatives, administrative tasks, and project coordination
- Ensure deadlines are met while managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
