A well-regarded Calgary-based law firm is seeking a solicitor-side lawyer to join its growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced lawyer with a portable book of business who is looking to leverage a strong platform to continue building and servicing their clients.

Corporate law

Manage and grow an existing client portfolio
Handle a broad range of corporate, commercial, and/or real estate matters
Draft and negotiate agreements and transactional documents
Provide strategic legal advice to business clients
Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-referrals and client service
3–10+ years of call
Experience in corporate, commercial, and/or real estate law
Portable book of business required
Ability to independently manage files and client relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on practice growth
Established platform to support and grow your existing practice
Collegial environment with strong internal collaboration
Flexibility and autonomy in managing your work
