Responsibilities
Website Building & Delivery
- Manage a portfolio of customer website projects from intake to launch using our AI-assisted development workflow.
- Conduct customer intake conversations to understand goals, requirements, brand direction, and what a successful implementation should look like.
- Translate customer vision into functional, well-structured websites, iterating based on feedback while maintaining clear scope and timelines.
- Keep your project queue organized, up to date, and on track so deadlines are met and risks are surfaced early.
Customer Communication & Project Management
- Own customer communication throughout the website build process, from intake through launch sign-off.
- Lead structured milestone touchpoints, including intake, mid-build review, and pre-launch walkthroughs, so customers understand progress, next steps, and expectations.
- Send timely, professional updates that reflect our commitments, manage expectations clearly, and proactively address questions or blockers.
- Communicate scope changes, trade-offs, and timeline impacts directly and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues or at-risk accounts early, providing clear context and a recommended path forward.
Team Leadership & Quality Standards
- Lead by example by demonstrating a high standard of website delivery, customer communication, and project ownership.
- Supervise, mentor, and train Specialists to ensure consistent execution across build quality, customer experience, timelines, and launch readiness.
- Support onboarding for new team members by training them on our AI-assisted workflow, communication standards, and delivery process.
- Hold the team accountable to quality and consistency by identifying performance gaps and coaching proactively.
- Build and maintain QA checklists, usability standards, templates, and repeatable processes that raise the baseline quality of every website we deliver.
- Participate in retrospectives and process reviews to identify gaps, improve team workflows, and turn successful practices into repeatable standards that make the team more effective.
AI Tool Usage
- Use AI-assisted development tools to build efficiently, move quickly, and improve the quality of website delivery.
- Bring an AI-first mindset to daily work, actively looking for ways to use emerging tools to improve speed, consistency, and outcomes.
- Share practical learnings from your own customer workflows and contribute to a growing library of team best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Prior team lead, management, or supervisory experience, with a demonstrated ability to coach, train, and hold others accountable to a consistent standard.
- Hands-on experience building websites, ideally using AI-assisted development tools or modern no-code, low-code, or front-end development workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or similar environments.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills, especially in writing, with the ability to explain progress, manage expectations, and handle feedback professionally.
- Excellent organization and project ownership, with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts, meet deadlines, and flag risks early.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment where tools, workflows, and best practices continue to evolve.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, usability, and consistency across customer-facing work.
- AI-centric mindset: you default to AI-first thinking and are comfortable building in an environment where the tooling evolves quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in customer success, digital agency work, SaaS onboarding, implementation, or website delivery.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Experience in the health, wellness, fitness, or studio software space.
