This senior position requires expertise in developing and delivering training programs for Authorized Nuclear Operators and Control Room Shift Supervisors. You will mentor examination staff and evaluate candidates through milestone evaluations, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your deep understanding of simulation training will ensure staff readiness and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and evaluate certification milestone examinations
• Mentor staff on training and evaluation techniques
• Develop training materials and lesson plans
• Deliver classroom and simulator-based training
• Maintain awareness of operational changes
Requirements:
• Previous certification as ANO, CRSS, or SM
• Experience as a Simulator Instructor preferred
• Training background in examinations is favorable
• Proven track record as a Lead Examiner
• Strong mentoring and communication skills
