This senior position requires expertise in developing and delivering training programs for Authorized Nuclear Operators and Control Room Shift Supervisors. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and evaluate certification milestone examinations
• Mentor staff on training and evaluation techniques
• Develop training materials and lesson plans
• Deliver classroom and simulator-based training

Requirements:
• Previous certification as ANO, CRSS, or SM
• Experience as a Simulator Instructor preferred
• Training background in examinations is favorable
• Proven track record as a Lead Examiner
