We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Solutions Specialist to design and scale impactful product demonstrations that help drive revenue and enhance buyer engagement. This role plays a critical part in translating product capabilities into compelling value stories that resonate with technical and business audiences. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in using & building demo environments, collaborating cross-functionally, and enabling field teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work alongside SOTI’s partners which include leading tech giants that will keep you on the cusp of emerging technologies. What You’ll Do Demo Strategy & Execution Design and build tailored demo environments (sandbox or live) that showcase business value by persona and vertical. Align demo experiences to specific customer use cases and pain points. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure demo assets reflect the latest features and messaging. Ensure demos support storytelling that connects product capabilities to customer outcomes. Scalable Demo Infrastructure Develop and manage a centralized library of reusable demo assets, including scripts, playbooks, and templates. Deploy and manage demo configuration tools to accelerate field readiness and customization. Maintain demo fidelity and functionality across platforms and environments. Enablement, Training & Certification Conduct demo training sessions and hands-on workshops for internal Sales, Pre-sales, and Partner teams. Develop certification frameworks to validate demo delivery readiness. Provide structured coaching and feedback to continuously improve delivery quality. Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement Instrument demos to track usage, engagement, and performance across the sales cycle. Analyze demo impact on pipeline velocity and win rates. Use data insights to drive demo content optimization and strategy adjustments. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Product to stay aligned with the product roadmap and release cycles. Partner with Marketing to embed demos into GTM campaigns and field events. Collaborate with Sales Operations and Revenue Enablement to integrate demo touchpoints into core sales processes and systems. Experience You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in Technical Support, Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, Product Marketing, or similar roles in enterprise software. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high-impact product demos. Experience with demo platforms and enablement tools (e.g., Reprise, DemoStack, Walnut, Salesforce). Strong storytelling, communication, and instructional design skills. Proficient in working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across teams. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environment. Familiarity with GTM methodologies and structured sales processes. Experience supporting global teams and adapting demo content across regions. Technical proficiency to configure and troubleshoot sandbox/demo environments.
