Appointment Setter (Remote | Performance-Based Role | BC-Preferred)

We’re currently seeking a skilled Appointment Setter looking to transfer their skills into an independent performance based role.
What You’ll Be Doing :
Engaging with warm inbound leads (no cold calling)
Conducting initial qualification calls and setting appointments for closers
Building rapport and identifying client needs through consultative conversations
Managing follow-ups, scheduling, and pipeline activity
Using a proven marketing system and structured onboarding process

Has experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or in lead generation / inbound sales
Is confident communicating and building trust quickly
Is self-motivated, organised, and consistent
