What You’ll Be Doing
As an HR Administrator (Summer Student), you will support both client-facing consulting work and internal business initiatives. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with HR consulting projects across multiple client organizations
- Supporting the development and review of HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Conducting research on HR best practices, legislation, and emerging trends
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate coordination
- Preparing reports, presentations, and client deliverables
- Supporting HR system implementation and data organization
- Contributing to internal projects such as process improvement and content development
Please note that this project is being funded through the Canada Summer Jobs grant and applicants must be between the ages of 15 and 30.

- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources or related post-secondary program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, etc.)
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative
