Physiotherapist

• You’ll be the only physiotherapist initially, tasked with building our physio program with help from our amazing multi-disciplinary team (we have had physio in the past, but have taken a ~6 month break to re-align our business, and grow the team from a strong place. We are now ready to bring in another amazing team member to this! So, we know how to build practices, that is not the challenge- but finding a true team player that is not a toxic high performer, that's our true goal!)
• You thrive in true interdisciplinary care (DCs, RMTs, rehab assistants) — no profession hierarchy.
• You’re a builder, not just a caseload filler: you want ownership of systems, outcomes, and growth.
• You value measurable results and bilateral mentoring across disciplines.
• You can commit to a consistent 30+ hrs/week schedule.

• Modern, 5,300 sq ft clinic with private treatment rooms & fully equipped rehab gym. None of this stuffy, barren room stuff with pathetic exercise "equipment" and outdated and subjective outcome measures. Oh and we have a lot of sunlight so you won't be living life like a bat!
• Deliberate, unhurried care: 60-min assessments, 30–45 min follow-ups. Another perk of being this initial physio.
• Real collaboration: weekly team huddles, hands-on skill sessions, cross-discipline case reviews.
• Tools that work: Shockwave, Class 3b Cold Laser, heat/cryo, 3D motion capture, electronic inclinometers, electronic dynamometers, forceplates.
• Full admin + marketing support so you focus on outcomes, not paperwork.

• Clinical: consistent objective measures, clear exercise progressions.
• Outcomes: baseline movement assessments on all new patients; measurable change by week 6.
• Experience: punctuality & documentation on time.
• Team: lead ≥1 cross-disciplinary skill share weekly; participate in case reviews.
• Growth: stable schedule with ≥25 booked hours/week by Day 90 with high retention.

• Independent Contractor: 50 (if we both made a bad decision and you end up being a poor performer)–65% (if you are who we are looking for, a high-performer and an asset to the business; a mentor in-training in your own rights!) fee-split with volume and performance potential.
• Performance incentives immediately; retention bonus after year 2 (because less than 2 years isn't a serious professional relationship).
• Flexible schedule (30+ hrs/week, Sun–Fri, including mornings as early as 8am/evenings as late as 8pm).
• One location, strong demand — no “piecing together” income across clinics.

• Access to certified practitioners in McKenzie, DNS, Graston, SFMA/FMS, TCM Acupuncture, Strength & Conditioning, Pediatric & Perinatal care, and more.
• Weekly skill labs, research rounds, and direct coaching from the owner.

• Large physio department day one for you to be a number in, able to do case studies together but not able to actually care for members because your schedule is so weak being 1 of 5 physios- my goodness, why do so many people want this for their career?!)
• Profession-hierarchy (we’re a true team. NOT physio first, NOT chiro first, NOT massage first).
• “Patient-mill” clinic.
• Assistant-led or modality-driven clinic.
