Overview
As a Client Solutions Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the branch and ensuring a seamless client experience. Working collaboratively with the broader team, you will provide essential administrative and technical support, assisting with document preparation, data entry, and client service tasks that keep the business running efficiently. In this role, you will contribute to delivering tailored insurance solutions that protect our commercial clients against property and asset damage, loss of income from unforeseen events, and liability exposures to third parties. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, with strong communication skills and a service‑focused mindset. How you'll make an impact Supporting a designated portfolio of clientele, playing an essential role in business retention and ultimately ensuring clients have a seamless renewal experience. This role will update documents on company portals, prepare renewals and endorsements, process web-based changes. Assist in crafting client presentations, preparing RFPs and further strengthening insurance partner relationships. Continue to build insurance subject matter expertise and upgrading skillsets through training on specific coverage lines, insurance products and client management systems. Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement, making full use of available CRM capabilities, technology and other Gallagher resources. Highly tech-savvy, with an ability to learn new systems, tools and processes. Education and Experience Secondary School Diploma required, College or University Degree strongly preferred. Broker's License or willingness to obtain. 1-2 years of professional work experience preferred.
