Nanny Wanted - Full Time Home Child Care Provider Needed – Richmond Hill (Private Household)

We are a private household in Richmond Hill seeking a dedicated and engaging Home Child Care Provider for our toddler (born 2023).

The role involves providing attentive one-on-one care in a safe and nurturing environment. The caregiver must be able to follow a structured daily routine to support the child’s social and verbal development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for toddler (born 2023)
• Prepare and serve meals / snacks; assist with feeding
• Plan and supervise age-appropriate activities
• Assist with nap routine, bathing, and dressing
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy home environment
• Perform housekeeping related to childcare (laundry, tidying, dishes)
• Follow parents’ instructions and maintain the child’s daily schedule

Requirements

• At least 1 year of paid experience as a child caregiver or nanny
• Secondary school education
• English language ability
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Honest, responsible, and patient
• Availability for 30 hours per week, with occasional overtime and weekends if required
• CPR / First Aid training (asset but not required)
