Operations & Reconciliation Analyst to supplement our operations team to provide support to Harbourfront and Harbourfront Group of Companies. This role has flexibility on location out of
Vancouver, BC,
Winnipeg, MB, or
Burlington, ON. We are looking for a highly motivated, high performing, results driven candidate who will report to the Director of Fee Administration & Reporting
You will be responsible for: - Performing Fee Reconciliation, billable, and non-billable securities reconciliation analysis;
- Securities mapping, regular updates to be implemented as per custodian data;
- Executing calculations and analysis on platform data outputs;
- Conduct Fee and Operation anomaly investigations and resolutions;
- Audit transactions, holdings, and subsequent performance as required;
- Support ongoing special projects as assigned;
- Daily, monthly, and quarterly statement generation, oversight, and review;
- Support various internal departments to collect and extract data from vendors and internal systems;
- Ensure procedures are continually maintained to reflect existing activities;
- Cross train with the user access team to support vacation and increased capacity
The ideal candidate for this position has: - Minimum 3 years of industry experience, ideally, within an IIROC wealth management firm;
- Strong analytical thinking, understanding of technical information, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills;
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI an asset;
- Working knowledge of Croesus, Purefacts, and digital onboarding platforms;
- Experience with CIRO-related operating systems, including ISM and fee management tools, is considered an asset;
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is considered an asset;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to complete data analysis and reporting for management in specified timelines.
