Role Responsibilities
The Ministry of Justice is seeking a highly motived intake/disclosure clerk within the Centralized Services Branch to provide a range of central services support to Crown prosecutors and staff. This involves providing a complete file to an accused or defence counsel in accordance with legal requirements; scanning documents, answering telephone and counter enquiries about disclosure and performing other services that are required.
Reporting to the Intake/Disclosure Supervisor, as the Intake/Disclosure Clerk, you play a key role in supporting the operations of the Crown office. This position is essential to ensuring prosecutors are well-prepared for court proceedings.

To succeed in this role, you will be required to have excellent attendance and reliability, exercise a high level of professionalism and discretion, flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate high attention to detail. Candidates must have a genuine interest in or knowledge of the Criminal Justice System.
