The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently. We are a large office with multiple associates and a bustling environment. We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Dental Administration to join our dynamic team that will enhance our growth together on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate must be a confident, strong communicator that is well organized, can multitask and has the ability to work both in a team and independently, and who will fit in with our office culture as well as be patient service focused and have a good knowledge of dental procedures. Candidates should have experience with dental insurance, verifying benefits, pre-determinations, scheduling appointments, and interacting with patients in a friendly and professional manner. 123Dentist is Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned network of dental practices, with +500 locations nationwide and 8,000 employees.
