Overview Full Time Reception - Clinic Orangeville, ON, CA 3 days ago Requisition ID: 10876 Salary Range: $23.00 To $28.00 Hourly The team at Heritage Dental located in Orangeville is looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator on a full-time basis. The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently. We are a large office with multiple associates and a bustling environment. We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Dental Administration to join our dynamic team that will enhance our growth together on a long-term basis. The ideal candidate must be a confident, strong communicator that is well organized, can multitask and has the ability to work both in a team and independently, and who will fit in with our office culture as well as be patient service focused and have a good knowledge of dental procedures. Candidates should have experience with dental insurance, verifying benefits, pre-determinations, scheduling appointments, and interacting with patients in a friendly and professional manner. 123Dentist is Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned network of dental practices, with +500 locations nationwide and 8,000 employees. Working at Heritage Dental, you will experience a team-oriented environment as it is a massive part of who we are SCHEDULE: 35-38 hours per week Monday - Friday (some evenings) Some Saturdays (9-2) No Saturdays in the summer WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 1+ years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant Experience with dental practice management software such as AbelDent is considered an asset Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families 123Dentist is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity.
