• Responsible for supporting end-to-end SAP IS-U Billing processes, including meter-to-cash workflows, mass invoicing, and billing master data management.
  
• Configure and maintain SAP IS-U Billing modules, integrating with DM, FICA, and CRM, while managing SPRO settings and print workbench activities.
