Wage: $33.37 CAD/hour (trip rate based on cycle time)

Key Responsibilities

• Haul materials from Idaho State to Trail, BC
• Self-loading and operation of truck and transfer combination (training provided)
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence
• Minimum of 2 years of trucking experience required; dump truck and pup experience preferred.
• Ability to cross the US border
• Clean-shaven (respirator compliance)
• Clean driver's abstract
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol test
• First Aid & WHMIS considered an asset
