  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and psychologically safe workplace culture
  • Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff development in collaboration with RSG Human Resources
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Address performance, attendance, and conduct matters consistently and in alignment with RSG policies

Compliance, Risk & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable licensing, accreditation, contractual, and regulatory requirements

Financial & Resource Management

  • Manage site-level budgets in collaboration with RSG Finance
  • Monitor expenses, staffing levels, and resource utilization to ensure financial sustainability
  • Support forecasting, variance analysis, and cost‑containment initiatives
  • Ensure responsible stewardship of organizational resources

Stakeholder & Community Engagement

  • Represent the recovery community professionally within the broader recovery, healthcare, and community ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, funders, and community stakeholders
  • Support collaboration across RSG subsidiaries to strengthen integrated care pathways
  • Act as an ambassador for RSG values and recovery-focused services

Qualifications

  • At least a bachelor's degree in health administration, business, public policy, psychology, social work, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5 or more years of progressive leadership experience in addictions/mental health, community services, or systems transformation
