We're looking for a Director of Delivery to lead client delivery and regional operations across Alberta. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a consulting environment, understands how to build trusted client relationships, and knows how to guide teams toward consistently strong outcomes.

You'll oversee multiple client engagements, support the growth and development of a talented delivery team, and play a key role in expanding existing accounts. Consultants are often embedded directly within client teams, so your ability to maintain visibility, anticipate risks, and ensure delivery excellence will be essential.

This role reports to the COO and works closely with Sales to support account growth. If you're energized by leading people, shaping delivery strategy, and strengthening long‑term client partnerships, this is a meaningful opportunity to make an impact.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

• Leading the successful delivery of client engagements across the Alberta region
• Ensuring delivery quality, client satisfaction, and strong engagement outcomes
• Providing leadership and guidance to project leads and delivery managers
• Acting as the senior escalation point for delivery challenges or client concerns
• Offering advisory leadership on complex or high‑visibility engagements
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to expand existing engagements and support account growth
• Partnering with Sales to shape solutions and proposals for client opportunities
• Making staffing and delivery decisions that support regional performance and utilization
• Balancing client outcomes, team development, and business performance
• Identifying ways to improve engagement performance and expand work within existing accounts
• Mentoring consultants across the region, including testers, automation engineers, and analysts
• Supporting professional development and helping team members grow their careers
• Participating in hiring and recruiting to strengthen the regional delivery team

What you'll need

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software delivery, testing, or technology consulting
• Experience leading consulting teams or delivery organizations
• Comfortable overseeing multiple concurrent client engagements
• Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Experience managing consulting staffing, utilization, and delivery performance
• Solid understanding of software testing practices, including automation
• A natural mentor who enjoys developing people and building strong teams
• Someone who balances strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership
• A proactive communicator who can navigate complex client environments with confidence
