Position Overview: As a Recruitment Co-op student, you will gain hands-on experience supporting a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in recruitment, offering exposure to the full lifecycle - from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. You'll play an active role in identifying top talent while building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
