We are looking for a motivated and outgoing neighborhood marketing/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting up appointments by engaging with potential customers in residential areas. The ideal candidate is confident, enjoys meeting new people, and has excellent communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesCanvass designated neighborhoods to promote our home maintenance services.
Present and explain our services in a friendly and engaging manner.
Answer questions and address concerns potential customers may have.
Set up appointments and provide detailed information to our scheduling team.
Achieve sales targets and track performance.
Flexible hours: Great for students or those looking to supplement their income.
Training and Support: Learn essential sales skills and receive ongoing guidance.
Base Pay + Commission: Earn a base rate with unlimited earning potential through commissions.
Career Growth Opportunities: Potential to move into team leadership roles.
No previous sales experience required, but it’s a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated, with a positive attitude.
Comfortable working independently and engaging with the public.
Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.
