At Burly Boyz sales here are different from most roles — customers already need what we offer. The job is guiding them through the move, not convincing them they have a problem. Every lead that hits your pipeline is someone in the middle of one of the biggest transitions of their life — a new home, a new city, a fresh start. They're not browsing. They need to move, and they need someone who can make that process feel simple, clear, and taken care of. Your job is to be that person. You'll run consultations, build quotes, handle objections, and close — not by pressuring anyone, but by showing them exactly why Burly Boyz is the crew they can trust with their stuff and their timeline. If you're the kind of salesperson who thrives when the product sells itself and the real skill is in the follow-through, this role was built for you.

WHAT THIS ROLE DOES
You manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads from first contact through booked move. You conduct consultations, deliver accurate quotes, handle objections, and convert prospects into confirmed clients. Once a move is booked, you hand it off to the Relocation Coordinator team with everything documented.
This is a closing role. You're not waiting for callbacks — you're following up, building trust, and asking for the sale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Conversion (40%) — Manage inbound and outbound pipeline across all stages. Conduct client consultations, deliver accurate quotes, and convert inquiries into booked moves.
Client Relationship & Follow-Up (30%) — Follow up consistently across all pipeline stages. Handle objections, build trust, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
CRM & Handoff (20%) — Maintain accurate Salesforce records. Execute clean handoffs to Relocation Coordinators with all details documented.
Reporting & Process (10%) — Track personal sales metrics, contribute to team forecasting, and follow the Burly Boyz sales process.
