REGISTERED NURSE - CLINICAL RESOURCE LEAD (CRL) MEDICINE
(REGULAR PART TIME)
Two () regular part time Clinical Resource Leads (CRL) opportunities are available within our Medicine Department at Groves Memorial Community Hospital.
We are seeking two motivated Clinical Resource Leads (CRL) with excellent leadership and communication skills. As the CRL, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the inpatient care areas under the direction of the Patient Care Manager. This includes assessment, planning, provision and evaluation of patient care and nursing services for the assigned area of responsibility. The CRL will serve as a clinical resource and role model for unit staff. In the absence of the Patient Care Manager, you will assume responsibility for the functioning of the inpatient care area as directed. You will be part of a team of CRL's ensuring coverage hrs/ days a week.
