About the Opportunity
Journey to Freedom Consulting & Academy is expanding and seeking a Career Transition Consultant to support individuals navigating career change, personal development, and flexible work pathways.
This is an independent, performance‑based, remote role suited for professionals who value autonomy, continuous learning, and impact‑driven work.
What You’ll Do
Facilitate structured, consultative conversations via Zoom or phone
Support individuals exploring career transitions, personal growth, and work‑life redesign
Use a relationship‑focused, needs‑based communication approach
Clearly explain program pathways, expectations, and learning outcomes
Maintain accurate notes and follow‑ups using CRM and digital tools
Independently manage your schedule, workflow, and performance metrics
Ideal Background
This role is well suited for professionals with experience in :
Career Coaching, HR, Talent Development, Client Success, Admissions, or Advisory roles
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Comfort working independently in a remote environment
Openness to a non‑traditional, performance‑based work model
Consulting, coaching, or advisory experience (an asset, not a requirement)
