Job description
Our client is looking for an independent, reliable School Cafeteria Manager to run the lunch program at a French school in Quispamsis, NB. This is a vital role where you would be serving nutritious meals to students from primary through high school. They need someone who can start immediately.What We Offer
  • $19.25 an hour
  • Full-time, Permanent
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8am – 2pm/3pm
  • Immediate Start
What You'll Do
  • Prepare, cook, and serve daily lunch for ~100 students
  • Follow recipe guides, schedules, and food safety expectations
  • Ensure food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
  • Monitor food stock and place orders as needed to ensure freshness
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations
  • Work independently and efficiently

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in commercial kitchens or formal culinary training is required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable preparing meals at scale
  • Clean criminal record (must be eligible to work around children)
  • Basic computer use for ordering and communication (training provided)
  • Bilingualism is an asset, not a requirement
  • WHMIS not required but considered an asset
