Job description
Are you a skilled Folder/Gluer Operator looking for a company where you can put down roots and grow your career? What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience – up to $35/hr • Full benefits package • Paid vacation • Employee appreciation events • A stable, supportive environment focused on long-term growth What You’ll Do: • Set up, operate, and maintain folder/gluer machinery • Interpret job tickets and ensure correct materials and tooling are used • Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure accuracy, alignment, and glue integrity • Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust settings for optimal performance • Work closely with production team to meet timelines and reduce waste • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What You Bring: • 5+ years experience operating folder/gluer equipment (e.g., Bobst, Jagenberg, Vega, etc.) • Strong understanding of packaging converting processes • Ability to read and follow job specs, layouts, and production sheets • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with machine adjustments • Attention to detail, strong quality focus, and reliable work habits • Desire to build a long-term career with opportunities to grow Shifts Available: • Monday to Thursday — 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM • Monday to Thursday — 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM If you’re ready to join a company that values your expertise and offers a stable future, we’d love to hear from you!
