We generate qualified inbound leads through structured marketing systems. We now need a strong closer who can convert opportunities into revenue.
Own lead conversion and revenue growth by managing inbound leads, conducting sales calls, and closing high value training and consulting offers.
You are responsible for revenue generation, not just follow up.
Conduct structured discovery and strategy calls
Present offers with clarity and authority
Handle objections confidently
Close high ticket training and consulting programs
Follow up consistently via CRM, email, and WhatsApp
Own Zoho CRM sales pipeline
Track lead progression and conversion rates
Maintain accurate forecasting
Identify and remove conversion bottlenecks
Improve booked call to close rate
Improve show up rate
Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality
Refine scripts and sales messaging
You will be measured on:
Monthly revenue targets
Close rate
Booked call to sale conversion rate
Follow up consistency
Revenue growth
2 to 4 years in high ticket remote sales
Experience selling coaching, education, consulting, or B2B services preferred
Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
Strong objection handling skills
Experience using CRM systems
Proof of sales performance required.
