As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the overall well-being of our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Assessing and evaluating patient health needs - Developing and implementing care plans - Administering medications and treatments - Monitoring patient responses to treatments - Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care - Educating patients and their families on health management Qualifications: - Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license - Bachelor's degree in Nursing - Strong clinical skills and knowledge - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and empathetic demeanor - Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Other information: - $32 to 41per hr - Up to $2000 relocation - Health benefits are covered - 2 Vacancies. Both 0.93FTE (4on2 off rotation) - One is straight Evenings, the other is 2day/2eve/2off.
