Our Vancouver client is looking to hire a Property Accountant to take on a mixed portfolio comprised of commercial and residential. The Property Accountant will be responsible for full cycle property accounting for this portfolio, including the preparation of monthly financial statements and annual budgeting and forecasting.

Job Requirements:

Our client is willing to look at two types of candidate profiles for this role. Either you are career Property Accountant with deep experience (5+ years minimum) looking for a steady position with good pay OR you are an up and comer with 2+ years of property accounting experience looking for a challenge and wanting to take on increased responsibilities (participate in full scale implementation) over time. Our client is going through significant changes, both in terms of infrastructure and a future software conversion, so there will be an opportunity to grow in overall experience and move up over time.
