Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of transformative projects aimed at improving production efficiencies and achieving strategic objectives. You will play a critical role in designing manufacturing cells and plant layouts, as well as coordinating projects that align with manufacturing capabilities and strategies, including business case development. You will also oversee project governance.

The work environment is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and hands-on, with daily interactions across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations teams. You will work under the Industrialization Manager, focusing on execution by aligning cross-functional stakeholders, driving schedules, resolving production and design readiness issues, and ensuring smooth transitions of aircraft programs. The environment emphasizes clear communication, ownership, and problem-solving. Leadership is supportive, with high expectations, offering exposure to stakeholders and the opportunity to make a direct impact on aircraft production and program success.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mississauga, ON.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
