Outdoor Labour

Select People Solutions is searching for reliable, hardworking General Labourer to support our client's outdoor operations. The successful candidates will be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, working in varying weather conditions, and assisting with a variety of site maintenance and general labour duties.

Compensation & Hours:
• $20–$22/hour, depending on experience
• Monday–Friday, approximately 9–10 hours per day
• Occasional work on Saturdays may be required
• Full-time, temporary position with potential to move into permanence

Position Summary:
• Perform a variety of physically demanding general labour and outdoor maintenance tasks
• Load, unload, lift, and transport materials and equipment throughout the worksite
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas and sorting materials
• Complete site cleanup duties, including debris removal, weeding, and shoveling
• Assist with additional site-specific tasks, with training provided as required
• Follow workplace safety procedures, company policies, and supervisor instructions

Required Qualifications:
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to wear a required protective mask while working
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work extended shifts
• Good physical stamina, coordination, and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Bonus Points:
• Previous general labour, construction, agriculture, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience
• Experience using basic hand tools and outdoor equipment
