ServiceNow Developer - Entry Level

We are looking for a skilled Junior ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires hands-on development, problem-solving, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations that meet business requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, CRM, ITOM, SPM, or HRSD.
. Possess experience in leveraging ServiceNow's best practices in the applications mentioned above.
. Create and manage scripts, workflows, Business Rules, and UI policies.
. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and configure the imported data.
. Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.
. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
. Knowledge and experience in implementing new modules.
. ServiceNow certification in the modules mentioned above would be a strong asset.
. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform's functionalities and capabilities.
. Experience in building and maintaining integrations.
. Critical thinking in terms of requirement gathering, solution design, and automation design.
. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow best practices.
. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
