Job description

Mark Anthony Group is an entrepreneurial drinks company, built from the ground up by thinking differently, innovating and doing the unexpected. Our company is rooted in family values, a bold vision and relentless determination to continuously raise the bar and make a positive difference in consumers' lives. Founded in 1972, we’ve grown organically from a one-person import wine business into an international drinks company. Our hallmarks include a portfolio of iconic beverage brands—White Claw® Hard Seltzer, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Olé Cocktail Co. and Más+ by Messi™—alongside a collection of luxury wineries in the Okanagan Valley, notably Mission Hill Family Estate, CedarCreek Estate Winery, Martin’s Lane Winery, and CheckMate Artisanal Winery.

As a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing new workplaces to life. You’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of IT infrastructure for construction and office build projects—translating architectural designs into secure, standards‑based technology solutions. From ensuring sites are fully technology‑ready for day‑one move‑in to managing workplace technology initiatives, you’ll own project execution across capital approval requests (CARs), budgeting and financial planning, invoicing, and vendor partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, construction, and stakeholder collaboration, and enjoys seeing complex projects through from concept to completion.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the hands‑on technical delivery of infrastructure and workplace technologies across network (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi), servers, cloud platforms, security, and end‑user computing environments.
  • Design, validate, and personally guide implementation of infrastructure solutions including structured cabling, comms rooms (MDF/IDF), racks, power, cooling, switches, firewalls, wireless, and endpoint readiness.
  • Actively engage in technical solutioning and implementation decisions, drawing on prior real‑world build and deployment experience, not just theoretical designs.
  • Coordinate technical execution with infrastructure architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring solutions are practical, proven, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Perform site readiness assessments including cabling validation, rack layouts, ISP handoffs, hardware staging, configuration verification, and cutover execution.
  • Plan and deliver infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives, ensuring technical scope, dependencies, and sequencing are clearly defined and executable.
  • Guide the Workplace Technology team through Agile sprints and phased infrastructure deployments, balancing delivery coordination with direct technical contribution.
  • When construction activity is limited or projects are stalled, shift focus to hands‑on technical work, including infrastructure remediation, platform optimization, standardization, security hardening, and documentation improvements.
  • Own and maintain detailed technical artifacts such as infrastructure diagrams, network schematics, build runbooks, cutover plans, and readiness checklists.
  • Review construction and low‑voltage drawings, validate cabling designs and installation quality, and resolve technical gaps before deployment.
  • Support cutovers, move‑ins, and go‑live events with direct technical oversight to ensure stability, connectivity, and user readiness.
  • Provide technically grounded status updates and risk assessments that reflect implementation reality, not just project plans.

What you have:

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing IT infrastructure across networking, servers, cloud platforms, security, and workplace technologies.
  • Proven background building, deploying, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure—not solely managing vendors or timelines.
  • Strong technical understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, switching, firewalls, server environments, cloud connectivity, and communications room design.
  • Demonstrated ability to move seamlessly between technical execution and delivery leadership based on business demand and project volume.
  • Experience delivering infrastructure and workplace technology solutions in enterprise, multi‑site, or construction‑heavy environments.
  • Practical experience coordinating cabling installs, hardware builds, network configurations, endpoint deployments, and production cutovers.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction and low‑voltage drawings and translate them into executable IT infrastructure requirements.
  • Strong experience authoring and maintaining technical documentation, including diagrams, standards, runbooks, and readiness artifacts.
  • Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall delivery models, applied pragmatically to infrastructure work.
  • Proven ability to validate installation quality, enforce technical standards, and ensure sites are production‑ready.
  • Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills, grounded in technical credibility rather than purely administrative oversight.
  • Clear communicator who can explain complex technical decisions and risks to non‑technical stakeholders.
