COMPENSATION
$100,000 per year plus benefits.
LOCATION AND HOURS OF WORK
This is a 100% on-site role in Stoney Creek, Ontario. The hours are Mondays to Fridays from 8 am to 5 pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include a wide range of hands-on activities to provide for the recording, reconciliation and reporting of financial transactions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Sales tax and Income tax reporting and filing
· Working with Global accounting staff to coordinate the reconciliation of intercompany accounts
· Prepare cash flows and projections for management
· Prepare aging of Accounts Receivable and Payable analysis
· Prepare month-end closing for preparation of financials
· Reconcile monthly General Ledger and Balance Sheet accounts
· Prepare schedules for auditors
· Reconcile Banks, PayPal, and Credit Card
· Review and approve vendor payments (check / ACH / Credit Cards / Wire )
· Other general accounting tasks, daily reports, and special projects
· Mentor and supervise AR, AP and collections
· Knowledge of accounting
