- Knowledge and experience in turf, horticulture, and arboriculture management techniques
About the Opportunity
The Account Managers' main focus is to build trust with our clients by building relationships, ensuring satisfaction, maximizing retention, and driving sales and upsell opportunities. They act as trusted advisors, anticipating needs, offering proactive solutions, and delivering high-level service.
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients built on trust and communication
- Performing site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met
- Assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns as directed by the PM Operations Manager
- Generating referrals from existing clients
- Signing new contracts
- Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients
- Assist with invoicing & maintaining satisfactory accounts receivable levels
