Role Overview The Affiliate Publisher Partnerships Coordinator is an execution-focused role responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and managing publisher-led affiliate partnerships , with a strong emphasis on article-based placements, media publishers, and content sites that drive profitable Amazon revenue.

This role centers on working with publishers who create written content (reviews, listicles, comparison articles, and brand features) .

You will manage outreach, messaging, campaign setup, and performance tracking across Levanta and Wayward .

Experience working with influencers or creators is a plus; however, this role is primarily focused on the publishing and content affiliate ecosystem.

Influencer initiatives may be involved on an as-needed basis but are not the main responsibility of the role.

Key Responsibilities Core Responsibilities (Publisher-Focused) Source, qualify, and coordinate affiliate publishers, editorial sites, blogs, and media partners Lead outreach and communication with publishers regarding article placements, brand features, and affiliate content Own day-to-day messaging with publishers covering placements, content requirements, links, commissions, and timelines Coordinate and execute affiliate campaigns across Levanta and Wayward Support and manage paid article placements and commission-based publishing partnerships Onboard new publisher partners, ensuring correct affiliate tracking, links, and commission setup Review live articles to ensure brand accuracy, proper positioning, and correct Amazon link routing Monitor publisher placements for compliance and performance Maintain accurate tracking of affiliate performance, commissions, and margins in Google Sheets Track publisher-driven Amazon revenue and flag optimization or scale opportunities Support evaluation of publisher performance to inform scaling, pausing, or renegotiation decisions Collaborate closely with the Affiliate Manager to execute and optimize publisher-led affiliate initiative Nice-to-Have / Supplemental Responsibilities (Not Core) Coordinate messaging with creators or influencers when they are part of a broader affiliate placement Support creator-based affiliate campaigns or Amazon Creator Connections when applicable Assist with light content coordination or copy review for affiliate articles when needed Provide input on messaging or positioning based on publisher feedback (not brand PR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth in publisher-driven affiliate Amazon revenue Number of qualified, revenue-producing publishing partners onboarded Accuracy and reliability of affiliate tracking and reporting Speed and consistency of execution across Levanta and Wayward Contribution margin and commission efficienc Success Benchmarks (30–60–90 Days) First 30 Days Fully onboarded into Pearl West brands, tools, and affiliate platforms Independently executing publisher outreach, messaging, and coordination Demonstrating strong attention to detail in article review, tracking, and link accuracy 60 Days Actively managing multiple publisher partnerships and live articles Supporting affiliate campaigns across Levanta and Wayward Identifying early performance trends and optimization opportunities 90 Days Owning execution of publisher affiliate campaigns end-to-end Consistently driving profitable, scalable publisher-led affiliate revenue Proactively proposing new publisher partners and article placement opportunitie Required Skills & Qualifications Required Experience working with publishers, editorial sites, blogs, or media platforms Familiarity with content publishing and article-based brand placements Strong experience with outreach, messaging, and partner coordination Understanding of performance-based partnerships and commission structures Strong proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, results-accountable environmen Nice to Have (Plus) Affiliate marketing experience Experience with Levanta, Wayward , or similar affiliate platforms Copywriting or editorial experience , especially for digital content Influencer or creator partnership experience Amazon seller or Amazon affiliate ecosystem experienc Who Should Apply? ✅ You have experience working with publishers or content-driven affiliate partners ✅ You understand how articles and editorial placements drive affiliate revenue ✅ You’re comfortable managing outreach, follow-ups, and execution ✅ You thrive in fast-moving, execution-heavy environments 🚫 You’re primarily a PR, brand, or influencer marketing specialist 🚫 You’re new to the publishing or affiliate ecosystem 🚫 You prefer awareness-focused work over revenue accountability Why Join Us?
