Upper Canada Mall is looking for a Seasonal Exterior Maintenance and Landscaping worker to join our team. This is a 5-month contract role from April to August 2026. Start and end dates are subject to change in accordance with business needs.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

• Pickup litter in perimeter and outer perimeter grass areas of Main Mall and Peripheral lands

• Clean parking lots, and all exterior areas of building including loading bays using the sweeper/vacuum

• Perform exterior Landscaping by using push mower and Ride on Machines.

• Perform trimming of the perimeter of the Property and other areas as required

• Water outdoor plants and related work

• Complete other tasks as assigned

• Check all exterior signage to make sure they are clean and free from graffiti

To succeed in this role, you have:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Current Ontario driver's license
• Able to use basic tools and machinery
• Able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of safety rules
• Ability to walk for long periods of time
• Able to climb ladders
• Pushing or pulling or lifting of tools, machinery or carts/dollies
• Working in all seasons

This posting is for an existing vacancy.The expected hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
