Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow quality standards, procedures, and work instructions Basic computer skills (data entry, Microsoft Excel/Word) Ability to identify and report quality defects Good written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
