About this opportunity:

Reporting into the Lead Document Management Facility Engineering Projects, the Document Management Administrator will support all Canadian Thermal Upstream projects in all stages of the Document Management Lifecycle. The role will partner closely with both internal project engineers and external EP project teams to support Operations Projects throughout their life cycle.

What you’ll do:

  • Support all Canadian Thermal Upstream projects in all stages of the Document Management Lifecycle, providing support to all Document Management inquiries.

  • Partner with both internal project engineers and external EP project teams for both Major Projects and Operations Projects.

  • Administrate and enforce Document Management governing documents and standards.

  • Quality check all engineering and vendor document deliverables to ensure high quality and trust of engineering documents.

  • Complete document and drawing revision controls.

  • Carry out EWP and FCN tracking, control, and distribution.

  • Support construction management team requirements and ensure as-built and handover requirements are met at project closeout.

Who you are:

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.

  • Information and Records Management Certificate or relevant.

  • 2+ Years experience in a Document Management role with Electronic Document Management Systems and ability to use new drawing management systems and software.

  • Clear understanding of the differences between engineering disciplines and different types of technical documents and metadata.

  • Experience managing documentation with concurrent engineering.

  • Experience with McLaren Workbook and McLaren Work Manager an asset.

  • Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam is an asset.
