Job description
Airborne Electronic Sensor Operator (AES Op) Contractor Qualified Flight Instructor (CQFI)

Winnipeg, MB

Join a team at the forefront of military aviation training and help shape the next generation of RCAF aircrew. This is not just another job - this is an invitation to join a groundbreaking program that blends innovation with mentorship - and to leave a legacy training Canadian military aviators. Your next mission starts here!

PAL Aerospace has partnered with SkyAlyne, the prime contractor for the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Program for the Government of Canada. This is Canada’s next generation pilot and aircrew training program for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF).

The FAcT Program will transform how the RCAF trains its next generation of pilots, Air Combat Systems Officers (ACSO), and Airborne Electronic Sensor Operators (AES Op). Combining live flying, advanced simulations, and classroom learning, this long-term program ensures aircrew are fully prepared for future operations.

At PAL Aerospace, you’ll be part of a team where your expertise is valued, your career development is supported, and your contributions will have a lasting impact.

“For me, the technology and equipment are what really stand out. Whether it's working with advanced radar systems or mission simulators, there’s always something new to learn and apply. The FAcT program offers sensor operators the chance to stay sharp and engaged in a fast-evolving field.”
