Wood is recruiting for a Junior Document Controller to join our Minerals & Metals business at our office in #Saskatoon, SK or in #Vancouver, BC. This opportunity is Hybrid.

The Role

Wood is currently seeking a Junior Document Controller, to join our team based in Saskatoon, SK. They will be reporting directly to the Document Control Manager, the document controller will be responsible for performing document control activities such as the registration and issue of project documentation, processing in accordance with agreed procedure. • Competitive salary with regular salary reviews to ensure we are rewarding at the right level in line with the market. The salary range for this position is CAD $51,000 - $63,000 per year. Final salary will be based on relevant and applicable experience, education, and the specific skill set and qualifications required for the role.

Expected:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Adept with Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Excel, Word.
• Understands document processing principles and practices
• Experience with an Electronic Document Management System is required.
• 2 years of document control experience is required for this position
• Engineering office and/or construction office experience including completion and turnover is preferred.
