Education:
Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent. (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience of STA Quality tools and systems
- Experience in project management and/or program launch.

Experience:
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written English proficiency, enabling clear, persuasive communication effectively fostering collaboration across global teams.
- Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate leadership in One FORD (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- IPC610, SS Blackbelt, IATF16949 certifications are not mandatory but are an advantage.

The expected annual salary range for this Ford of Canada position is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our Annual Compensation bonus program.
