Job Description
What you’re responsible for:
- Provide comprehensive end-user support across multiple Ontario locations, including on-site visits as needed.
- Support users across Windows 11, iOS, Android, and macOS platforms in a Microsoft 365 environment.
- Monitor the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain and support both on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, including Azure, Intune, and other Microsoft services.
- Deploy, image, and configure desktops, laptops, and servers in accordance with client requirements.
- Deliver desktop support services including hardware repairs, peripheral setup, and software installations.
- Maintain network equipment adhering to IT standards across 40+ sites in Ontario.
- Use remote diagnostic tools and internal/external knowledge bases to efficiently resolve technical incidents.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for issue resolution beyond internal support capacity.
- Contribute to internal IT knowledge and support onboarding and training initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance IT support services and recommend process improvements.
- Promote cybersecurity best practices and provide basic user guidance as needed
Qualifications
To join our team:
- You have a minimum 5 years in an IT support role, ideally within both office and industrial environments.
- You are proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN).
- You have system administration experience with Hybrid Azure / Active Directory, Intune, and MDM.
- You have network administration experience maintaining Cisco switches, Fortinet switches and firewalls
- You have SolarWinds experience (asset)

- You have a valid Ontario driver’s license and flexibility to travel frequently across regional sites.

This role offers a competitive compensation package with an annual salary range of $60,000–$80,000.
