The ideal candidate will have a solid background in private Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Mortgage Investment Corporations (MICs), and Limited Partnership (LP) offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with investor advisors and stakeholders, providing strategic long-term planning, managing full-cycle accounting for private REITs, MICs, and LPs, and ensuring compliance with tax reporting requirements for trusts, corporations, and partnerships.
