Mundoro is a publicly listed company on the TSX-V in Canada and OTCQB in the USA with a portfolio of mineral properties focused primarily on base and precious metals. To drive value for shareholders, Mundoro’s asset portfolio generates near-term cash payments to Mundoro and creates royalties attached to each mineral property optioned to partners. The portfolio of mineral properties is currently focused predominantly on copper in two mineral districts : Europe and the southwest USA.

Reporting to the CFO and at times the CEO, you will be a critical member of our finance team. You will be responsible for the integrity of our accounting functions while actively seeking out and implementing improvements to our systems and processes. You\'ll have the ability to enhance our capabilities, implement new technologies, and take on increasing responsibilities as our business expands. This is a remote position, candidates must be based in and eligible to work in Canada.

What You\'ll Do : Key Responsibilities

• Own the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for CFO review, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS.
• Manage the year-end audit process, serving as a key contact for external auditors to ensure a smooth and timely review.
• Maintain the integrity of our internal controls framework, including supporting our NI 52-109 documentation.
• Ensure the company remains in full legal, tax, and regulatory compliance across all our operating jurisdictions.
