Position Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the 2026 GIS annual plan
• Support for the Engineering Services team, project implementation, construction execution, and operations requests
• Development, implementation and management of the Engineering Management System, MOC, PDP and Construction Standards
• Management of the Engineering SharePoint siteGeneral administrative support for Engineering records management

Skills and Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary engineering or engineering technology program returning to school in September 2026
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• High attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook is considered an asset

Job Overview

This position will support Program Managers on various projects, all related with tanks, vessels and facility piping.

Position Responsibilities

• Update Azzier database to reflect new schedules for tanks, vessels and facility piping, and ensure alignment with outcomes from the 5-yr LRP stakeholder review
• Data gathering and population of the RBI piping database, including input of 2026 visual inspections and NDE examinations.
• Update deficiency management plans to include approved follow-up inspections or mitigations requirements for tanks, vessels and facility piping programs.
• Support Pipeline Risk Model activities through data gathering and uploading to DRAS and/or Power BI dashboard.

Skills and Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary engineering or engineering technology program returning to school in September 2026
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with data driven analysis and data visualization tools
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook is considered an asset
