Administrative Assistant (Evergreen)
How does the role impact the organization?
Drawing on industry experience in financial services or previous administrative roles, you will provide support to the Financial Advisor team and deliver outstanding client service. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, dependable, and capable of working independently or in a team environment within deadlines. This role supports a dynamic team seeking a proactive, problem-solving self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
What is the position responsible for?
- Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Manage and maintain paperwork
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, documents, and files
- Respond promptly to information requests
- Service clients’ daily requests
- Coordinate internally with operational and administrative departments
- Maintain CRM software
- Manage the WOW client service program
- Initiate and oversee social media campaigns

What do we expect from you?
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and business-related software
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Post-secondary education
Licenses and Certifications
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset

Salary Range: $45,000-50,000 plus performance bonuses/incentives.
