Pay Rate: $28 - 33/hr CAD
We are seeking a high-caliber Recruiting Coordinator to drive the engine of our North American Talent Acquisition team. This is a high-volume, execution-focused role designed for a logistics expert who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will be the glue that connects our recruiters in the US and Canada with top-tier talent, ensuring every moving piece of the hiring machine operates with surgical precision.
Benefit packages for this role are available upon purchase and will start after the first day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
