Reporting to the Senior Lead, Human Resources, the Advisor, Human Resources will provide HR support to our functional groups and is responsible for the entire full employee life cycle. This is an 18‑month temporary position based out of our Calgary office.

You will possess the ability to positively influence, partner with, and coach others, fostering collaboration and growth within the team, being capable of working independently on projects from start to finish, demonstrating initiative and self‑direction. Additionally, maintaining confidentiality and upholding a high level of integrity are essential qualities we value from our team members.
Salary: $90,080 / year
EVR is a Canadian steelmaking coal producer. We take our responsibilities to our people, to society and to the environment seriously. The high‑quality steelmaking coal EVR produces is an essential input for steel that can be used for constructing products such as wind turbines and critical infrastructure including rail, bridges, hospitals and schools.
