Position Title: Client Care Advisor

Pay Structure: Commission Only
Avalon Construction is seeking highly skilled, results-driven sales professionals to conduct door-to-door outreach in communities impacted by hail or storm damage. This role serves as the first point of contact with homeowners, requiring strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills to educate homeowners on our process and schedule appointments with Senior Advisors.
The position begins with a two-week qualifying period. Client Care Advisors who meet or exceed performance expectations may elect to advance into a Senior Client Care Advisor role.
